How to sign in to Schoolyam.

Parents — sign in with your mobile number

1. Open the login page and choose the Parent tab.The School / Staff tab is for teachers and office staff.
2. Enter your School ID.Don’t know it? Tap the search icon inside the box and type any part of your school’s name — then pick your school from the list. The ID fills in for you.
3. Enter your 10-digit mobile number.Type the number only — +91 is already shown for you.
4. Tap Send OTP.A 6-digit one-time code arrives on that number by SMS.
5. Enter the OTP and tap Verify & Login.That’s it — you land straight on your child’s dashboard.

Which mobile number works?

Any one of the numbers saved in your child’s profile at school will work:

  Guardian numberThe main registered contact for your child.
• ✓
  Father’s numberAs entered in the student record.
• ✓
  WhatsApp numberThe number your school sends WhatsApp updates to.

OTP didn’t arrive?

  Wait for the 15-second countdownThen Resend OTP appears below the OTP box.
• ✓
  Check the numberIt must be one your school has on record — not a new number you haven’t told them about.
• ✓
  Check network and DNDA weak signal, DND settings or an SMS spam filter can hold the message back.
• ✓
  Check your School IDAn OTP only goes out once the School ID and number match a student in that school.
• ✓
  Still nothing?Ask your school office first — they hold your child’s record. Or reach Schoolyam support.

School staff, teachers & office

1. Choose the School / Staff tab.
2. Enter your School ID, or find it with the search icon.
3. Enter the User ID and password issued by your school office.School ID and User ID are not case-sensitive — the password is.
4. Tap Login to Schoolyam.What you can see depends on the rights your school has given your account.
