Schools across Mirzapur — including the Kachhwa belt — run the whole school day on Schoolyam, from the fee counter to the exam hall.
Mirzapur’s schools spread from the town out along the Vindhya belt, so bus routes are long and a good share of students board. Route-wise transport billing that follows the stop, plus a boarding record per child, is usually the first thing a Mirzapur school asks to see.
Schoolyam is priced module-wise, so a school starts with the parts it needs and adds the rest later. For Mirzapur, these are usually the first five.
Schools in and around Mirzapur use Schoolyam every working day. Ask the sales team for a reference school near you — talking to a principal already using it tells you more than any demo can.
Judge it on your own data rather than on a list. Schoolyam covers admissions, fees, attendance, exams, transport, payroll and parent communication across 31 modules, and Schools in Mirzapur already run it. Book a free demo, bring your fee structure and report-card format, and see it working on your figures before you decide.
Schoolyam is priced module-wise. You pick from 31 modules and pay only for the ones your school switches on — a Mirzapur school that starts with Transport & GPS and Fee Management is not paying for hostel or payroll until it turns them on. The rate does not change by city; the sales team builds the quote from your own module list.
Usually yes. Ask the sales team on WhatsApp and they will put you in touch with a school near you that is already running it. Seeing a working fee counter in a real school on a real morning is the most useful hour you can spend on this decision.
No. Parents can stay on WhatsApp, on the number they already use, and still get fee dues, attendance and results — the bot answers them 24×7 without anyone at school replying. Schools that want more publish an app under their own name and logo; in Mirzapur the part parents use most is usually transport & gps.
